About the product:
The battery fits perfectly in my laptop. It is a high-power one and it sticks out about an inch. This tilts the laptop somewhat, which is easier for typing and it offers extra cooling underneath the laptop. This battery lasts for hours, even under intensive use. I would advise to follow the charging instructions strictly. I am convinced this has a genuinely positive effect on performance. I hope this battery will have a satisfactorily life span.
For buying replacement lithium batteries for laptops/notebooks,the website search engine offered several options from which I chose 1. When it arrived, it WAS the correct ordered model but did not fit my device at all. Unfortunately it is now not possible to post lithium batteries out of NZ due to safety regulations, and it was really difficult to work out a good solution, I was ready to just ditch the whole exercise. BatteryUpgrade's team, however, were incredibly patient and helpful and generous despite me not being able to actually return the product for an exchange, and I ended up with the correct one after all,I am very grateful.
