I found the site very easy to use as I just had to enter the details of my Camcorder and the product I needed, which was a replacement battery charger, was found for me. Will definately use this site again . .
About the product:
The battery charger I got is in actual fact better than the original one I received with the camcorder as it has no wires and plugs directly into the socket. Very compact.
