I am very satisfied with my batteries and the service I recieved.btteries were sent in 2 packages to keep weight and price down,I didn't know this but when I contacted you, you answered directly. My order was to be delivered around the time of Easter so there was a little delay in delivery but I don't see that as a big problem and not BatteryUpgrades fault. For larger batteries for power tools I will be ordering from you again.
