It was (fairly) easy to find and select the correct battery replacement, and the payment and shipping process was simple, and the battery arrive after a reasonable length -- and worked!!
I expected to wait for many weeks for the battery to arrive given the covid crisis however my battery arrived in approx. two weeks so I was pleasantly surprised.
