The service is very good, quick and efficient. Email queries before the actual purchase were answered immediately. Product arrived within a reasonable time.
About the product:
The battery does its job well. However it fits so tightly into my HP laptop that at one end it seems it has not engaged. This does not effect its performance but it makes it difficult (but not impossible) to remove the battery when necessary. Otherwise it is perfect..
