Highly satisfied with the service. Would happily use Battery Upgrade again. It wasn't highlighted that orders can be sent seperately, so I was uneccesarily worried when battery arrived but not my memory card. Card arrived a few days later.

Very good assistance. Every time I send an email asking for some detail of the product I got a quick and useful replay.
About the product:
The battery for the laptop very good. The SC Card to USB: Do not accepts and SD card of 16 GB (the one I bought). The SD card of 16 GB: Worked with my Panasonic camcorder; but a litle before to fill it I got errors when turning on the cam (the cam iniated a proces to correct them, and succeeded, but some scenes were not accessible from inside the cam, and when I tried to review them, the cam gets blocked).
