I had to return the product. The replacement product suggested on the site did not fit physically on the equipment. However, the return procedure went flawlessly and the reimbursement was immediate.
I had cause to enquire about the order that I made, since it had not arrived a few weeks after I bought it. Customer service replied to me within 24 hours with a polite response. It was delivered late but I think that was down to our local post office rather than BatteryUpgrade.co.uk.
About the product:
So far, very satisfied. I'm testing the battery as we speak and it's holding out very well.
