Prompt confirmation and delivery within 5-6 days. Stupid me tried to place the battery in a hurry and thought I didn't fit. Sent an e-mail to vendor, they opened a ticket within 24 hours and contact was helpful and friendly.
About the product:
The battery seems to work nice, it's a bit larger than the original and I have to take it out if I want to put the notebook in its dock but the 50% savings on the price of the original HP battery are worth that little trouble.
