For buying replacement lithium batteries for laptops/notebooks,the website search engine offered several options from which I chose 1. When it arrived, it WAS the correct ordered model but did not fit my device at all. Unfortunately it is now not possible to post lithium batteries out of NZ due to safety regulations, and it was really difficult to work out a good solution, I was ready to just ditch the whole exercise. BatteryUpgrade's team, however, were incredibly patient and helpful and generous despite me not being able to actually return the product for an exchange, and I ended up with the correct one after all,I am very grateful.
About the product:
Once the correct battery arrived, absolutely no problem. Shipping is prompt, especially considering the company and despatch are overseas (not in NZ).
for now i can say it's good since it was 15 days i used from the time i received it, hopefully it will last longer like my original battery last for about 3 years, but anyway i am very satisfied with the service you provided and am happy that you expand your service to philippines compare other company don't allow to ship order going to philippines, keep up the good work and more power to your company. i'm hoping if im order nextime i have 25 percent discount hehehe....goodluck to you company...
