About the product:: I purchased a Beats Pil speaker replacement battery. After looking at my beats battery I wanted to replace I then realised I had purchased the wrong battery through my own fault. I then contacted customer services to exchange my battery for the correct one as it was unused still in the packaging. I was then clearly advised on the procedure & have since received my new product, fitted it and couldn’t be happier, I have also recommended 2 other friends who have since purchased, Many Thanks.
